PROGRAMS Warren Hall Warren Hall is an emergency intake family shelter providing temporary housing for 15 homeless single mothers and their families. The shelter opened in September of 2007 and is funded by the Department of Transitional Assistance. During their stay, families work on issues relevant to homelessness and securing permanent housing with the help of our staff and housing advocates. All residents are involved with the day to day activities in the shelter and family life support services.  Referrals to other social services, legal, and mental health programs are provided as needed.
