The Staff

   Bob Mills, LADC I, Program Director - Bob has been at Project Outreach since 1998, but has been with Middlesex Human Service Agency, Inc. since 1993.  He has experience in prevention, intervention, and treatment settings.  He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology.  As a Level I Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, he is licensed by the state of Massachusetts to work independently as a substance abuse counselor.

   Gary Zimmerman, LADC I, Outreach Worker - Gary has been at Project Outreach since 1996, but has been with Middlesex Human Service, Inc. since 1993.  He has experience in prevention, intervention, and treatment settings.  He has a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of New Hampshire.  He also completed the Certificate Program at the University of Massachusetts/Boston in Chemical Dependency.  As a Level I Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, he is licensed by the state of Massachusetts to work independently as a substance abuse counselor.

Meaghan Ritcey, Outreach Worker - Meaghan has moved onto a new job, but misses working at Project Outreach and all the great students she was able to work with during her time here.
